Refund Policy

Nexbyte is currently free to use. This policy applies if and when paid credits or plans are offered.

Unused credits

You can request a full refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 10% of included credits, we'll refund in full.

Service problems

If a technical fault on our side stops you using credits you paid for, we'll restore the credits or refund them.

What isn't refundable

Credits already used for searches or verifications, because the underlying data provider charges us per request. A low confidence score or an outdated public listing is not a fault.

How to request a refund

Email info@nexbyte.tech with your account email and purchase date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
