Nexbyte shows business contact details found in publicly available sources. Results depend on public data, may be incomplete or outdated, and come with confidence scores rather than guarantees.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and acting for a business. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use contacts only for lawful, relevant B2B outreach.
• Include a clear unsubscribe option in every message and honour opt-outs promptly.
• Comply with the NDPR/NDPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other applicable laws — see our compliance notice.
• Don't use Nexbyte for spam, harassment, consumer marketing, discrimination, or reselling data.
• Don't scrape, overload, or try to bypass limits or security.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Paid plans

If paid credits or plans are offered, prices are shown before purchase and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses or for how you use contact data. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
